Gray & Osborne, Inc. is a civil engineering firm focused on delivering municipal transportation projects across Washington, and this opening targets an experienced Civil Engineer - Transportation to lead project engineering and program management for public sector clients. The role blends technical design with client-facing coordination, from scoping through plans, specifications, and cost estimates, to funding administration and construction management support, all within a hybrid Seattle-based work arrangement.
Salary
USD 110,000 - 160,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Project engineering and/or project management for transportation projects for municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State.
- Scoping and preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
- Providing clients with funding administration and construction management support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10-20 years of experience in municipal transportation engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
