Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, fault tolerant multimodal agentic experiences that reach millions of customers.
- Design and implement multiple agent interaction modes, including Voice AI and Deep Research.
- Build robust evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails to ensure AI agents remain trustworthy and responsible.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging agentic paradigms and translate them into tangible product innovations.
- Lead complex, multi-team initiatives bridging applied research and scalable engineering.
- Translate research findings and AI architectures into actionable insights for executives and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- A master's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with emphasis on frontier multimodal LLM-based products.
- At least 5 years deploying large-scale ML models, with the most recent 2-3 years focused on agent-based systems or multi-agent collaboration.
- Experience building engaging dialogue systems capable of long conversations, context-aware tool selection, and compliant responses.
- Experience delivering AI services handling hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability, low latency, and fault tolerance.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, AutoGen, and production ML infrastructure.
- A track record of publishing research, articles, and patents is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams and brief executive leadership.
