Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable code of high quality
• Maintain and evolve existing applications to adapt to changing environments
• Leverage and contribute to the company’s common libraries
• Regularly deploy to production environments
• Collaborate to support the software roadmap
• Contribute to key architecture and design decisions
• Assist in planning for future applications using new technologies
• Support and communicate with Product Management and cross functional teams
• Lead or collaborate on projects delivering new or enhanced functionality for internal and external customers

Requirements

• At least eight years of relatable experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation abilities
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience building mid-sized, multi-language software projects with a focus on interoperability and reuse
• Experience integrating third-party libraries or codebases into existing projects
• Proficient with Linux-based development environments
• Proficient in one or more of the following languages: C++, Rust, Go, Python
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
