Job Description
This onsite Technical Help Desk Support Engineer I and III role at Success Systems provides Tier 1 Cloud and SaaS support, diagnosing customer issues, and delivering training. Based in Norwalk, CT, with occasional travel, this position focuses on delivering timely, knowledgeable help to end users.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers related to the CLOUD/SaaS Suite.
- Receive customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
- Serve as the front line of customer enrichment and lead all training courses.
- During training sessions, address questions about product features with strong knowledge and confidence.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of technical or customer support experience for Tier 1 roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
- Technical ability to troubleshoot network, PC, OS, and related issues.
- Onsite work in the Norwalk, CT office; full-time position.
- SQL understanding is a plus; training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations occasionally, locally and across the US (approximately 5%).
- Help desk experience: 1 year (Required).
- Driver's License (Required).
