Responsibilities

Develop and review civil design plans, technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates
Coordinate with local, state, and federal officials, and other outside agencies
Perform Civil Site Design work that includes signing and sealing
Assist in defining project scope, fees for services, and negotiation of engineering service contracts
Support the development and delivery of proposals and presentations
Execute QA/QC reviews when assigned

Requirements

Professional Engineer License
Eligible for a U.S. security clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Federal Project Experience Preferred
Location: South Carolina (Required)
