Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret resonance testing data from customer components.
• Configure, implement, deploy, and provide ongoing support for resonance inspection solutions.
• Assist in the design, manufacture, and evaluation of resonance testing systems.
• Test, assess, and troubleshoot resonance inspection hardware and software.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally to client and collaborator facilities to enable solution deployment and service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support and expand resonance inspection solutions.
• Research and improve hardware and methods for resonance-based nondestructive evaluation (NDE).
• Design and perform experiments, parametric studies, and multivariate analyses.
• Ensure compliance with the AS9100 quality system and contribute process improvements.
• Adhere to FAA Part 145 Repair Station requirements and procedures.
• Prepare written reports and proposals for internal and external communication.
• Deliver presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to other activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to comply with a DoT/FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• BS in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• At least five years of full-time engineering, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, or related experience in aerospace, power generation, automotive, or similar industries.
• Bonus: bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
