Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and analyze technical products and systems in the fired equipment and heat engineering space.
• Conduct equipment engineering design evaluations to support quality and performance goals.
• Potentially develop a range of products aligned with project needs.
• Recommend alterations to development and design processes to enhance product quality and procedures.
• Plan and accomplish goals using established experience and sound judgment.
• Handle a variety of complex tasks requiring thoughtful problem solving.
• Operate with a broad degree of creativity and latitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience in a closely related role
• Strong knowledge of fired equipment standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems by integrating knowledge from multiple areas
• Works with limited supervision, but may report to a supervisor or manager
• Owns projects and takes responsibility for their outcomes
• Represents the local workgroup internally and, on occasion, externally
