Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts and coordinates software development activities while ensuring software standards are met.
• Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs software that provides logical and mathematical solutions to business or mission questions using data processing tools.
• Applies appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the software development life cycle.
• Utilizes knowledge of computer hardware and software to build business and mission applications, incorporating information from system users to drive software development.
• Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, outputs, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls.

Requirements

• Experience with FBM Information Systems Applications
• Expert Oracle software development experience, including Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c, with PL/SQL (packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions and indexes)
• Experience with Oracle APEX Interactive Reports
• Agile software methodologies and tools
• Must be a US citizen and eligible for a Secret Clearance
