You will architect and implement data pipelines and infrastructure that enable analytics across manufacturing, transportation, and reverse logistics inside AWS data centers. The role emphasizes scalable data products, collaboration with Research and Applied Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Product Managers, and a disciplined focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the data infrastructure to answer questions with data, applying software engineering best practices, data management fundamentals, data storage principles, distributed system concepts, and operational excellence.
- Define data engineering processes that leverage AWS services to improve accessibility, redundancy, data integrity, cost, and storage needs.
- Develop high quality, scalable solutions that accelerate the development of products and models, while anticipating future requirements.
- Collaborate with Research/Applied Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Product/Program Managers to translate business and technical needs into effective data solutions.
- Interface with other technology and data engineering teams to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources using AWS data technologies.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of the data infrastructure.
- Design and manage data audit, quality, and reconciliation processes in partnership with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Experience in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl)
- Experience with Git or an equivalent distributed version control system
