Responsibilities
- Review, update, and approve equipment submittals
- Collaborate with global liquid cooling equipment suppliers and manufacturers
- Build trust and establish relationships with stakeholders across reliability, operations, design, and compliance
- Manage concurrent projects across multiple geographic zones
- Explain complex systems in clear and concise language
- Develop product roadmaps
- Capture and translate the voice of the customer into technical and business requirements
- Work with global suppliers and manufacturers to design new products
- Contribute to the global knowledge base and drive continuous improvement at scale
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% to 40% of the year
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experiences
- 2+ years managing hardware products for direct-to-chip or immersion forms of liquid cooling
